Importing Bookmarks isn't a big deal! But in android, it is quite hard to import it from other browsers like Chrome to Firefox.
There are so many apps that can manage Bookmarks on your android device. But, I'll not recommend you those apps.
Because those apps will only manage your bookmarks and its Import/Export stuff. You will manually need to create Bookmarks.
